Shipping / Delivery

1. Course Access

Once your payment is confirmed (via Razorpay or other gateway), you will be granted access to the course within [time period, e.g. immediately / within 1 hour / up to 24 hours].

You’ll receive email confirmation with login details and instructions.

2. Digital Materials & Downloads

If your course includes downloadable resources (PDFs, videos, worksheets):

Access to downloads is provided via the platform.

Downloads are subject to usage rights (for your personal / educational use only; not for redistribution).

3. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship physical goods. All course content is delivered digitally.

If there are optional physical materials (printed books, kits), they will be shipped via a courier and you’ll be charged separately; in that case, shipping charges, timelines, and tracking will apply (you may need to add a physical-goods shipping page if needed).

4. Access Disruption

In case of scheduled maintenance, server downtime, or technical issues, access may be temporarily interrupted. We will do our best to notify you in advance.

We are not liable for delays due to third-party service providers or internet disruptions.
