Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing CloudVista. We aim to provide a clear, fair refund policy for our learners. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains when you may cancel a purchase and whether you are eligible for a refund.
1. Cancellation before course access is granted
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase (or before any course content is made available to you), whichever is earlier. If you cancel in this period, we will refund your full payment (minus any payment gateway or bank charges, if any).
2. Refund after course access is granted / after you start using the course
Because digital courses are intangible goods and the content is accessible immediately (or soon after purchase), once you have been granted access to the course content, we do not provide refunds. In exceptional cases (technical issues, non-delivery, etc.), a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
3. Refund process & method
To request a cancellation or refund, you must contact us at [your contact email / support address], providing your order ID, date of purchase, and reason for refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund via the same payment method used (e.g., Razorpay) within 7 business days.Note: Payment gateway / bank processing times may delay the funds reaching your account; this is beyond our control.
4. Non-eligible refund cases
- We will not issue refunds in the following cases:
- You simply changed your mind after having full access to course materials.
- You fail to complete or log in to the course.
- You do not ask for help or use support.
- You misuse or violate our terms of service.
- Any incentive, discount, coupon, or free trial portion that was used.
5. Disputes & escalation
If you are not satisfied with our decision, you may escalate by writing to [escalation / grievance email]. We may also consider mediation or arbitration under applicable Indian laws.
