“Platform” means our website, learning management system (LearnPress), and any related services.

“User / Learner / You” means a person who registers, purchases, or accesses our content.

“Content” means course content, videos, documents, quizzes, forums, etc.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to register.

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. License & Use of Course Content

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share the content without our prior written consent.

You may not remove copyright or watermark statements.

4. Payments & Pricing

Course prices, taxes (e.g. GST), and charges are displayed at checkout.

We may offer discounts, coupons, or offers; these may have additional terms.

All payments are processed via Razorpay (or chosen gateways). You agree to comply with their terms.

In case of payment failure, we may withhold access until successful payment is confirmed.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to deny refunds if terms are violated.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, trademarks, logos, and the platform itself are our intellectual property.

Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not:

Use the platform for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

Hack, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform.

Use another user’s account without permission.

Upload malware or harmful content.

Harass, abuse, or defame others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.

The courses are provided “as is,” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

We do not guarantee specific results (e.g. job, income) from following the course.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use.

Our total liability for claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudVista, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of laws.

10. Modifications to Terms & Services

We may update these Terms at any time; when we do, we will post the revised version with a “last updated” date.

If changes are material, we will notify registered users via email. Continued use indicates acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
